Save an encrypted backup wherever you choose. Online help processes only the content needed for the request you start; see Privacy for details. ### Does AI see my information? When you choose online help, such as a voice conversation, Smart Scan, meal ideas, or a question about a manual, Gemini processes the content needed for that request. Use AI Off to keep working without AI requests. ### What happens when AI is Off? Niji Diary makes no AI requests. You can still add records, search your diary and export an encrypted copy. ### Can I use Niji Diary without an account? Yes. Save, organize, find and export your local records without a Niji account. An account is needed to restore purchases, connect approved devices with Direct Sync, or use shared Family and Work spaces. ### Does it sync between devices? Direct Sync connects approved devices and transfers encrypted changes. Keep both apps open; syncing needs a direct connection between the devices. You can also move an encrypted copy of your diary with export and import. ### Can my family or team share a space? Yes. Family and Work memberships support shared spaces. Invite people to the spaces you choose, set their access and remove it when needed. Your personal records stay separate. ### Are medication reminders medical advice? No. Adult-managed care records and reminders organize information only. Niji Diary does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate doses, check interactions, monitor adherence, or replace a clinician or emergency service. ### Which languages are supported? Online Diary uses Gemini Live for multilingual conversations. It can follow your language, or you can choose a preferred reply language in Settings. The app interface and this site are currently in English. Voice quality varies by language, accent, device and background noise. ### What can I use for free? Save, find and export local records for free, without a Niji account. Individual, Family and Work add online help and plan features; Diary Time adds extra minutes. Your app store shows the local price, billing period, any trial, taxes and renewal terms before you confirm. The price shown by your store is the one you pay. ### How do I export or delete my data? Use the app’s encrypted export for a portable copy. To erase a local vault, use “Permanently delete this vault” inside the app. Niji cannot remotely inspect or delete a vault that exists only on your device. Separately remove any exported files or device or cloud backups you created. ### Is online Diary or Smart Scan unlimited? No. The app shows your remaining Diary time and Smart Scans. If online help is unavailable or your allowance runs out, you can still use your local diary. AI Off makes no AI requests. ### How do I contact support?
