Email Niji Diary

support@nijidiary.com

Tell us the screen, the action you tried, what happened, and the app version from Settings. For a private support receipt, include its reference if the app created one. Do not send your vault, recovery code, passkey, password or API key.

Purchases and subscriptions

Open Settings → Plans and membership. Use Refresh plans to reload offers, Check purchase status for a pending result, or Restore purchases for a purchase from the same store account. The store handles charges and refunds. Include the product name and approximate purchase time when contacting support; do not email a payment-card number.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google store account. Deleting Niji Diary or the online account does not cancel a subscription.

Unlocking, backups and device changes

Use the same unlock method that created the vault. A billing-account passkey does not automatically unlock a separate device vault. Moving between browser origins or devices requires the supported device connection or explicit encrypted export and import. Keep the export and recovery code separately.

Voice or scan help

Check that online AI is enabled, your connection is available and the app has the microphone or camera permission needed for the action. Start voice by tapping Diary; opening or returning to a page never starts it automatically. Include any displayed support code in your email. Do not include a recording or transcript unless a separate report preview explicitly asks you to approve selected content.

Privacy, security and accessibility

Email the same support address with “Privacy”, “Security” or “Accessibility” in the subject. For a vulnerability, provide a minimal reproduction using invented sample data without accessing anyone else’s information. For an accessibility barrier, name the screen, device and assistive technology; no diagnosis or diary content is needed.

See Privacy, Account deletion, Security and Accessibility. This is not an emergency channel; contact local emergency services when needed.
